At One Round, LLC, we believe responsible firearm ownership begins with education, practical training, and a commitment to safety.

Customers interested in further developing their knowledge and skills are encouraged to explore the programs offered by ACT FAST First Aid & Firearms Training Academy, an independently owned and operated training provider serving Woodstock, Crystal Lake, and surrounding McHenry County communities, with programs also available nationwide.

The Academy offers instruction in firearm safety, Illinois concealed carry, first aid, CPR, AED use, and emergency response.

ACT FAST ACADEMY is an independent business. One Round, LLC does not organize, conduct, supervise, or control the Academy’s training activities. All training programs, registration, scheduling, instruction, and associated safety procedures are handled directly by the Academy.

Training Programs Offered by ACT FAST Academy

 

  • Handgun Training: Firearm safety, responsible handling, fundamental shooting skills, and opportunities to develop greater proficiency.
  • 16-hour Illinois Concealed Carry (CCW): Training for individuals preparing to apply for or renew an Illinois concealed-carry license.
  • 3-hour CCW Renewal.
  • Long-Gun Training: Instruction in rifle and shotgun safety, handling, and shooting fundamentals.
  • First Aid: Practical knowledge for recognizing injuries and responding to medical emergencies.
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): Training in essential lifesaving techniques for cardiac emergencies.
  • AED (Automated External Defibrillator): Instruction in the recognition of cardiac emergencies and appropriate use of an AED.
  • BLS Healthcare CPR/AED.
  • BLS Renewal.
