One Round, LLC — Terms of Sale and Services
Effective date: 10-Oct-2026
1. General Terms
These Terms govern firearm and ammunition purchases, merchandise sales, special orders, FFL transfers, repairs, modifications, and related services provided by One Round, LLC (“One Round”).
All transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Customers must satisfy applicable age, identification, licensing, eligibility, and other legal requirements.
Written quotations, invoices, and service authorizations may establish additional transaction-specific terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
2. Quotations, Prices, and Availability
Written quotations and repair estimates are valid for 10 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
Product availability may change without notice. Quotations do not guarantee continued availability.
One Round may correct obvious typographical, clerical, or mathematical pricing errors before formally accepting an order.
After acceptance, One Round will ordinarily honor the agreed price, including subsequent supplier price increases.
Exceptionally large, unforeseen acquisition-cost increases that make fulfillment commercially unreasonable may justify cancellation, to the extent permitted by law. Such circumstances will be evaluated individually. If One Round cancels for this reason, all payments, including deposits, will be refunded.
No alternative product or configuration will be substituted without the customer’s written approval.
3. Payment Methods and Charges
One Round accepts cash, personal checks, certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, and bank transfers.
Payment must be received and verified before merchandise is released or shipped.
Credit cards used to purchase firearms sold directly by One Round must belong to the actual purchaser. Third-party credit cards are not accepted for those purchases.
Eligible credit-card payments may be subject to a processing surcharge, disclosed separately on the quotation and invoice before payment authorization. Such charges will comply with applicable law, card-network rules, and merchant agreements. Debit and prepaid cards will not be subject to credit-card surcharges.
Returned checks may incur a processing fee, disclosed in advance and subject to applicable law.
4. Taxes
Applicable sales and transaction taxes will be calculated and disclosed on the quotation or invoice according to the merchandise, transaction, delivery location, and governing law.
One Round does not currently process customer purchases under resale certificates or tax-exemption documentation, except as otherwise required by law.
5. Firearm Purchases and Full Payment
Customers ordering firearms from One Round will receive a written quotation identifying the firearm, price, applicable taxes, and additional charges.
Full payment is required upon acceptance of the quotation and before One Round places the order with a supplier or manufacturer.
Payment does not guarantee availability or authorize delivery before all legal requirements are satisfied.
Customer-requested cancellations remain subject to the applicable cancellation provisions and law.
6. Firearm Eligibility and Transfers
One Round requires all firearm purchasers and transfer recipients to be at least 21 years old, including purchasers of rifles and shotguns.
Firearm sales and transfers are subject to applicable identification, background-check, waiting-period, and eligibility requirements.
For covered Illinois transfers, firearms will not be released before expiration of the applicable 72-hour waiting period and satisfaction of all required background-check and transfer conditions.
Firearms shipped to customers through other dealers will be sent to appropriately licensed FFLs in accordance with applicable law.
7. Firearm Processing and Transfer Fees
A firearm processing fee must be paid when the customer submits ATF Form 4473, before One Round submits the applicable background-check request to the Illinois State Police (ISP).
For firearms purchased directly from One Round, the fee will be refunded or credited back upon successful completion of the sale and transfer.
For firearms purchased from another merchant and transferred through One Round, the fee is nonrefundable whether the transfer is approved or denied.
If the transfer of a firearm purchased directly from One Round is denied, the processing fee is also nonrefundable.
The fee amount will be disclosed before the transaction begins.
8. Denied Firearm Transfers
A firearm will not be released to a customer whose transfer has been denied.
When a firearm received from another merchant cannot be transferred, One Round will ordinarily attempt to arrange its lawful return to the originating merchant.
The customer is responsible for applicable return shipping and handling charges.
If the originating merchant refuses or is unable to accept the return, One Round will retain the firearm pending determination of a lawful disposition.
Any subsequent transfer, return, or disposition must comply with applicable laws, ownership rights, and recordkeeping obligations.
9. Ordinary Special Orders
Special orders for non-firearm merchandise ordinarily require a 20% deposit before One Round places the order.
If the customer cancels after One Round has ordered the merchandise from a supplier, the applicable cancellation policy applies.
Any deposit retained will be credited against the applicable cancellation charge, rather than charged a second time.
One Round may authorize a discretionary refund when circumstances permit. If One Round cannot fulfill an accepted order, the customer will receive the refund required by the agreed terms and applicable law.
10. Customer Cancellations
For customer-requested cancellations or authorized returns, the following charges apply, subject to prior disclosure and applicable law:
- Existing inventory, not shipped: 5% administrative charge.
- Merchandise purchased from a wholesaler or supplier: 20% cancellation or restocking charge.
- Existing inventory, already shipped: 15% restocking charge, plus applicable shipping and handling expenses.
These charges do not replace the customer’s legal remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
Special provisions apply to customized merchandise and ammunition.
Cancellation charges are calculated against applicable payments already received, without duplicating charges or recovering the same expense twice.
11. Returns of Firearms and Other Merchandise
Firearms: All firearm sales are final except when One Round supplies an incorrect firearm, the firearm is defective, or applicable law requires a remedy.
Non-firearm merchandise: Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for defective or incorrectly supplied merchandise.
Ammunition: Sales are final, subject to remedies for incorrect, defective, or legally nonconforming merchandise.
No merchandise requiring return authorization may be shipped back without prior instructions from One Round.
Firearm and ammunition returns must comply with applicable transportation and legal requirements.
12. Shipping and Insurance
One Round ships eligible non-firearm merchandise directly to customers and firearms to appropriately licensed FFLs when required.
Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Charges are predetermined according to the merchandise and shipping requirements and will be disclosed before order acceptance.
Additional shipping insurance may be purchased for selected shipments at One Round’s discretion.
Customers may request additional insurance when suitable coverage is available. Customer-requested insurance charges will be added to the invoice.
All insurance is subject to the coverage terms and exclusions of the applicable provider.
13. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers should promptly notify One Round when a shipment does not arrive.
One Round will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and take reasonable steps toward resolution.
For merchandise damaged during shipment, customers should retain the original packaging and evidence of damage.
Where permitted by the applicable shipping agreement and law, customers may be required to initiate damage claims directly with the carrier.
Responsibility for loss, damage, replacement, or refund remains subject to the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.
14. Customized Merchandise Purchased from One Round
Customization requirements, specifications, prices, deposits, and cancellation terms will be established in a written quotation or invoice.
The customer must approve the work in writing and pay the required deposit before modifications begin.
Deposits for customization are determined individually according to the nature and cost of the work.
When a customized firearm is being purchased from One Round, the firearm purchase itself requires full advance payment. Separately priced customization services remain subject to their agreed payment schedule.
If the customer cancels before modification work begins, the ordinary cancellation policy applies.
After modification work begins, cancellation is subject to a 50% handling charge calculated on the entire agreed selling price of the customized item, plus additional documented expenses incurred in connection with the customization.
These charges remain subject to advance agreement, applicable law, and the prohibition against duplicating recovery of the same expense.
15. Changes and Completion of Customized Orders
Customer-requested changes require One Round’s acceptance and the customer’s written approval of any revised specifications or charges.
Additional modifications must be paid for in full before that additional work begins or resumes.
Any remaining balance for authorized customization services is payable according to the agreed delivery or completion terms.
Customers may visually inspect customized firearms before completion of the transfer.
Genuine discrepancies caused by One Round or a subcontractor acting on its behalf will be corrected without additional charge.
When correction is impractical, One Round will work with the customer toward an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.
16. Customer-Owned Firearms: Repairs and Modifications
One Round accepts selected customer-owned firearms for repairs, modifications, and related technical services.
Work is subject to technical feasibility, safety considerations, and applicable law. One Round may decline work that cannot reasonably or safely be performed.
Written estimates are valid for 10 calendar days.
Repairs: Payment is due upon completion of authorized work.
Modifications: A 50% deposit, calculated on the agreed modification-service price, is required before work begins.
Additional work requires prior written approval. Charges for additional modifications must be paid before the corresponding work proceeds.
If One Round determines that requested work cannot be performed, no labor, inspection, or related service charges will be assessed for that unperformed work, and any applicable deposit will be refunded.
17. Parts, Outside Specialists, and Expenses
One Round supplies the replacement parts used in its repair and modification services. Customer-supplied parts are not accepted for installation.
Parts and labor are charged separately and identified on the invoice.
Work requiring an outside specialist will not be arranged without the customer’s authorization.
Customers pay the outside specialist directly for the specialist’s services.
One Round may coordinate shipping to and from the specialist and will charge the customer the disclosed shipping and handling expenses.
One Round may voluntarily assist with disputes involving outside specialists, without automatically assuming liability beyond that imposed by applicable law.
18. Inspection, Safety, and Workmanship
Completed repairs and modifications receive visual inspection and mechanical function checks appropriate to the work performed.
One Round does not perform live-fire testing as part of its standard services.
If a firearm is determined to be unsafe and cannot reasonably be repaired, One Round will provide a written safety warning.
When legally permissible, the firearm may be returned after the customer signs an acknowledgment confirming receipt of the warning.
One Round evaluates concerns concerning its own workmanship individually, without establishing a uniform fixed warranty period.
Manufacturer warranty claims are ordinarily handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer. One Round may provide voluntary assistance.
Nothing in these provisions limits legal warranties or remedies that cannot be disclaimed.
19. Storage and Collection of Firearms
Customers are allowed 30 calendar days to collect a firearm after it becomes eligible for release.
For firearms awaiting transfer, eligibility requires expiration of the waiting period and satisfaction of all required background-check and transfer conditions.
For customer-owned firearms undergoing repair or modification, the grace period begins when One Round notifies the customer that the firearm is ready for collection.
After the 30-day grace period, monthly storage fees apply.
A full monthly fee is payable when each chargeable storage period begins. Fees are not prorated.
Applicable rates will be disclosed to customers, and payment of lawful accumulated charges may be required before release.
20. Unclaimed Firearms
One Round may contact customers concerning uncollected firearms but does not undertake to provide routine reminders.
Storage fees do not automatically transfer ownership of a firearm to One Round.
Unclaimed firearms will not be sold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of except in accordance with applicable laws, ownership rights, recordkeeping requirements, and legally required notices.
21. Overdue Balances
For completed repair or modification services, customers are allowed an initial 30-day payment grace period following notification that the work is complete and the merchandise is available for collection.
One Round proposes an interest charge of 1.6% per month on qualifying unpaid balances after expiration of the grace period, but this rate will not be implemented unless confirmed permissible under applicable law and properly incorporated into the customer’s agreement.
Any lawful interest charge will be separate from applicable storage charges.
22. Ammunition Sales
One Round sells ammunition to individual retail customers aged 21 or older who satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements.
Illinois purchasers must provide a valid FOID card when required, together with appropriate identification. Out-of-state purchasers must satisfy the requirements of their respective jurisdictions.
Ammunition may be shipped directly to eligible customers where permitted by law and carrier regulations.
All ammunition purchases require full payment in advance.
If required identification or other documentation is missing, One Round may hold the order for a reasonable period.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation, subject to the previously disclosed and legally permissible charges:
- 5% for ammunition from existing inventory.
- 20% for ammunition purchased from a supplier to fulfill the order.
Ammunition sales are final, subject to remedies required for incorrect or defective merchandise and applicable law.
23. Records, Changes, and Contact Information
One Round retains invoices and service records through QuickBooks and maintains firearms records according to applicable federal and state requirements.
Customer information is handled in accordance with One Round’s separate Privacy Policy.
One Round may update these Terms to reflect changes in business practices or applicable law. Changes do not automatically modify previously accepted transaction agreements.
