One Round, LLC — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11-Oct-2026

1. Introduction

One Round, LLC (“One Round,” “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy of its customers and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained in connection with our informational website at oneround.us and our firearm sales, special orders, FFL transfers, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the nature of an inquiry or transaction, we may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing or delivery addresses, inquiry and correspondence details, product preferences, quotations, purchase and service information, and billing and transaction records. For regulated firearm transactions, we also collect information required by applicable law, including information recorded on ATF forms and other required records.

Our website and supporting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access times, and security-related activity. The Contact form is configured not to store a submitter’s IP address and browser user-agent as part of its form submission record; the website host and security services may separately maintain technical logs.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and payments, arrange lawful firearm transfers and shipments, perform authorized services, maintain business and accounting records, comply with legal obligations, protect website and business security, and communicate with customers about their transactions. We may also send occasional promotional communications as described below.

4. Website Contact Forms and Email

Information submitted through our Contact Us form may be retained in WordPress, Microsoft Outlook, or both, depending on the handling of the inquiry. We use these details to respond and maintain business correspondence. Contact form entries do not have a configured automatic deletion period.

Do not send credit-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identification details using the website’s general contact form or ordinary email.

5. Payment Processing

One Round uses QuickBooks and Authorize.Net under separate payment-processing arrangements. Customers may provide payment-card details by telephone for an authorized transaction. One Round does not independently retain or save complete payment-card numbers provided by telephone.

Payment processors may collect, process, and retain payment or transaction information under their own agreements, security practices, and privacy policies. One Round retains relevant invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, and other accounting records as needed for business and legal purposes.

6. Firearms Transactions and Legal Records

As a federally licensed firearms dealer, One Round collects and maintains information required for firearm transactions, including information recorded on ATF Form 4473 and other applicable federal or state records. These records are subject to mandatory retention requirements, which may extend until the licensed business or activity is discontinued.

Required records may be provided to ATF, law enforcement, or other authorized agencies when required or permitted by law. Legal retention duties may prevent the deletion of information even when a customer requests it.

7. Promotional Communications

One Round may occasionally send promotional emails to existing customers and individuals who have requested information about our products or services. These messages may concern products, special orders, services, and business announcements.

Recipients may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting info@oneround.us. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Opting out of promotional emails does not prevent necessary communications about transactions, services, or legally required notices.

8. Sharing Personal Information

One Round does not sell, rent, or share customer mailing lists or personal contact information with other businesses for their independent marketing purposes.

We may provide information as reasonably necessary to payment processors, email and website service providers, order fulfillment or shipping providers, and other service providers supporting our operations. We may also disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful government requests, address fraud or security concerns, or protect legal rights. Information shared for these purposes is limited to what is appropriate for the relevant activity.

9. Cookies and Website Technical Data

Our website and supporting services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, administration, or security. Our hosting and security systems may maintain technical logs.

One Round has removed a previously configured Google Analytics tracking script from its website theme settings. This does not necessarily rule out all third-party technologies or technical data processing elsewhere in the site’s infrastructure. We will update this policy if our verified website practices materially change.

10. Information Security

One Round seeks to protect customer information through reasonable administrative and technical practices and by using established service providers for payment processing, website operation, and email. Access to personal information is intended for legitimate business and authorized legal purposes. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Information Retention

We retain customer inquiries, correspondence, invoices, and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for business operations, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Ordinary website and email records have different retention requirements from firearms records. Legally mandated records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

12. Requests Concerning Personal Information

Customers may contact us to ask about personal information we maintain, request correction of inaccurate contact information, or request deletion where applicable law provides that right. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law and legitimate business requirements. We cannot delete information that must be kept under firearms, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party services and websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and One Round is not responsible for their independently operated websites.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our business practices, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this website.
